How It Works
With the Paint Me First color test-squares kit you can easily compare samples side by side before investing time, money and your sanity in the wrong color selection. The color test squares are also a great portable tool when selecting furniture, drapes, carpet and more.
You can paint all the squares the same color to view a larger section of wall space or paint each panel a different color for easy color comparison. The color test squares are specially engineered to simulate plastered and dry wall surfaces.
The Paint Me First kit contains:
- 3-ready to paint & reusable tiles (10”X10”) for a total of 6 paintable surfaces
- 2 washable foam rollers & one 6” paint handle
- Reusable paint tray
- 12 removable adhesive strips Safe for ALL surfaces

Fill all holes with a patching compound. Then prime all the areas. - Peel Paint - Sand or scrape any peeling paint. You should also feather-sand edges and then prime the area.
Warning: The scraping, sanding or removing of any old paint may release lead dust, which is toxic. Contact the National Lead Information hot line at 1.800.424.LEAD or go to their website at www.epa.gov/lead.
